How it works
We provide a convenient one-way, self-guided public shuttle service to the northern trailheads of Mystic, Rochford, Dumont, Englewood, and Deadwood. We gather at our shop in the morning, load up, and head out.
The drop-off points are approximately an hour's drive away, perhaps longer depending on Hwy 385 road construction (starting 2024). Once there, you'll have the day to immerse yourself in the Mickelson Trail's beauty, nature, and rich history.
These routes will take you through all 4 carved rock tunnels, the historic town of Rochford, home of the legendary Moonshine Gulch Saloon and Small of America - the smallest mall in the country, and the Mystic Trailhead. Our shuttle service is self-supported and self-guided. The trail is very well marked, and once you're on the trail - you're on the trail. Guided tours are not available at this time.
